Payments can be made for services booked with us :Using one or more of the following payment Methods.

Apollo Voyages Pvt. Ltd – Accepted Payment Methods

Apollo Voyages accepts payments through the following authorised payment methods for tour packages, travel services and other bookings available through our website:

1. Credit Cards – Visa, Mastercard and other cards supported by our authorised payment gateway.
2. Debit Cards – Indian debit cards supported by our authorised payment gateway.
3. UPI (Unified Payments Interface) – Payments through supported UPI applications and UPI-enabled bank accounts.
4. Net Banking – Payments through participating Indian banks supported by our payment gateway.
5. Mobile and Digital Wallets – (coming soon) Payments through supported digital wallets and payment applications made available at checkout.
6. Bank Transfer / NEFT / RTGS / IMPS – Direct payment to the authorised Apollo Voyages bank account, where this option has been specifically provided by Apollo Voyages.
7. International Payments – (coming soon) Payments by eligible international credit/debit cards or other international payment methods supported by Apollo Voyages authorised payment gateway, where available.

Payment Terms

All payments must be made only through the payment methods and payment links officially provided by Apollo Voyages Pvt. Ltd.

A booking shall be considered confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully received and the booking has been confirmed by Apollo Voyages Pvt. Ltd.

Customers should not make payments to any individual, employee, representative, travel agent or third party unless the payment details have been officially provided or verified by Apollo Voyages Pvt. Ltd.

Where payment is made by bank transfer, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS, the Customer may be required to provide the transaction reference/UTR number to Apollo Voyages Pvt. Ltd. for verification.

Any applicable payment gateway charges, bank charges, foreign exchange charges, card issuer charges, taxes or other transaction-related charges will be handled in accordance with the terms displayed at the time of payment.

The payment methods available for a particular booking may vary depending on the destination, booking value, currency, payment gateway, Customer’s location and the terms applicable to the selected travel service.

Apollo Voyages Pvt. Ltd. will never request customers to share their card PIN, CVV, UPI PIN, internet-banking password, OTP or other confidential banking credentials.
