Day 01: Delhi/Amritsar:

• Board express train at 0720hrs to Amritsar, famous for the Golden Temple.
• Arrive at 1325hrs and be transferred to hotel. After quick freshen up, drive to Indo Pak border, Wagah, to witness flag-lowering ceremony at sunset by both sides. It’s a military ceremony that the security forces of both the countries have jointly followed since 1959. The sound from the Bugles blown together from both sides paints past on the canvas when India and Pakistan were one, simultaneously Flags of the two nations are ceremoniously retrieved and lights are switched on marking the end of the day.
• Return back to your hotel in Amritsar.

Day 02: Amritsar:

• Embark on the sightseeing tour of Amritsar. The tour will start with the visit of Golden Temple which is famous for its full golden dome and is one of the most sacred shrines for Sikhs.
• Also visit Jallianwala Bagh, the historic site where hundreds of innocent Indian men, women and children were massacred by British General.
• The tour will end with the visit to Maharaja Ranjit Singh Museum which has an interesting collection of archival records from the court of Maharaja Ranjit Singh, including the attire worn by Sikh warriors, paintings, miniatures, coins, and weapons.

Day 03: Amritsar/Delhi:

• Board the express at 0510hrs to Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi at 1115hrs your tour concludes.

  • Services of local English speaking guide as per the itinerary.

  • Train tickets using a/c chair car for New Delhi/Amritsar/New Delhi sectors.
