"Om Sai", "Sai Ram", "Satya Sai", "Sai
Baba" are the words you will hear commonly when you go
to visit this divine soul on Earth, His Holiness Sai Baba.
Day
01: Arrive Bombay: Room reserved from 12 noon for immediate
occupancy. On arrival in Bombay, meeting and assistance and
transfer to hotel. O/n at hotel.
Day 02: Bombay Sightseeing-Bombay-Bangalore:
Morning half day sightseeing tour of Bombay city visiting
its beautiful harbour including the Gateway of India, the
Hanging Gardens on the slope of Malabar Hills, Marine Drive,
Mahalaxmi Temple, Haji Ali's tomb and Juhu Beach etc. Later
in the afternoon transfer to airport to board flight for Bangalore.
On arrival at Bangalore, meeting and assistance and transfer
to hotel.
Overnight at hotel.
Day 03: Bangalore-Putthaparthy-Bangalore:
Morning drive to Putthaparthy for a same day excursion to
visit the Sai Ashram, about 170 Kilometers from Bangalore
(approximately 3 hours drive). "The Darshan" (when Sai Baba
gives blessings to people in a big prayer hall) are held twice
daily, once in the morning at around 0700 hours and later
at around 1400 hours. In the evening at around 1600 hours
leave for Bangalore. Overnight at hotel.
Day 04: Bangalore-Madras: Morning
half day guided city sightseeing of Bangalore visiting, Vidhana
Soudha, Cubbon Park, Tipu Sultan's Palace, Lalbagh the famous
botanical gardens, the Bull Temple and the other interesting
sights. Later in the evening transfer to airport to board
flight for Madras. Meeting and assistance on arrival at Madras
airport and transfer to hotel. O/n at hotel.
Day 05: Madras S/S-Mahabalipuram:
Morning a half day guided tour of Madras city. Later in the
afternoon transfer to Mahabalipuram. On arrival transfer to
hotel. Later visit the shore temples and rock cut carvings
of Arjuna's penance. O/n at hotel.
Day 06: Mahabalipuram: Day at leisure
to enjoy the beach. Overnight at hotel.
Day 07: Mahabalipuram-Madras: Late
in the afternoon transfer to Madras International airport
for your flight to onward destination. If you are departing
out of Bombay then you may catch a domestic flight to Bombay
and leave for your onward destination.
